Introduction:

Get peace of mind with Spare and Square Delivery Protect (the "Service"). In the event your order is damaged or lost during transit, you get the assurance that our team will assist you every step of the way.

By purchasing this protection, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.
 
Coverage:
The Spare and Square Delivery Protect service covers loss or damage during transit for eligible online orders made on our website. It can only be purchased at the point of checkout when placing an order. It cannot be purchased retrospectively after placing an order.
 
Claims Process:
If you believe your order is lost or damaged, follow the claims process outlined below:
  • Notify Spare and Square within 7 days of the shipment notification.
  • Provide any necessary documentation and information to facilitate the investigation.
  • Spare and Square will liaise with the delivery provider to locate the item and handle the claims process.

 

Resolution:
Upon successful completion of the claims process, Spare and Square reserves the right to:
  • Refund the order amount.
  • Replace the lost or damaged item.

 

Limitations: 
Claims are subject to a maximum value equal to the order amount.

If proof of delivery is provided and Spare and Square reasonably believes the item has been delivered, the claim may be rejected and the case closed.

Claims not raised within 7 days of the shipment notification will not be considered.

Failed delivery attempts by the courier due to incorrectly provided address details are not covered under this protection.
Redelivery costs in the event of failed delivery attempts are not covered under this protection.

Non-Coverage: 
If Spare and Square Delivery Protect is not purchased, we will provide tracking details for the customer to follow up on their own delivery.

Spare and Square will not be able to assist further or be liable for any losses or damages incurred if the protection service is not selected.

Redelivery Terms: 
Failed delivery attempts may result in the order being returned to Spare and Square.

Upon return, Spare and Square can refund or resend the item; however, delivery charges and/or redelivery charges may apply or not be refunded.

Liability Limitation: 
Spare and Square's liability is limited to the maximum of the original order value.

Spare and Square shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages.

Discretion: 
Spare and Square retains the discretion to determine whether to refund or replace a lost or damaged item based on the findings of the claims process.

Value-Added Terms: 
By purchasing Spare and Square Delivery Protect, customers receive the assurance that their claims will be diligently investigated, and the claims process will be handled on their behalf.

Spare and Square provides added value by dealing directly with the delivery provider, simplifying the claims process for the customer.

Cost of Protection: 
The cost of Spare and Square Delivery Protect is based on order value and provides affordable peace of mind for our customers. The protection is only available on orders where the option is shown at check out. Some product items may be excluded from this protection policy.

Modification of Terms: 
Spare and Square reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and the current version will be available on this page. Customers may not be directly notified of any changes.
 
By purchasing Spare and Square Delivery Protect, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from purchasing the protection service.
