Our retail store and trade counter collection point is 1 year old today, and what better way to celebrate than to let you know about our impressive expansion plans, including a brand new purpose built showroom and warehouse.
After launching our online store over 18 months ago, we decided to open a retail store in our local area to offer our great range of products and services to the local area. We are blown away at how well this has developed over the past 12 months, and our range of products and services have grown week on week since opening and learning what our customers need and want in the local area.
When we opened our store with attached warehouse and workshops, we never expected to fill the space we had in such a small-time frame. We had a quite a few moments of panic, thinking we might have gone too big to soon, but I am so pleased at how wrong we were.
Our current building is now bursting at the seams, and we desperately need more room. With many items stored off site in other locations, and our workshops busier than ever we have decided to expand our current premises with a brand-new purpose-built showroom, warehouse, and offices.
Plans are now approved, and building work is due to start any day now with plans to move in and be operational from the new building by December 2022.
Our new building will allow us to showcase so much more of our product ranges than we can now, in a well thought out showroom that allows customers to see, and have a go with equipment that emulates various environments the equipment may be used in.
Over the past 12 months, our business has grown to a point that we now offer a complete solution for all cleaning tasks, including machine supplies, janitorial supplies, chemical ranges and much more including a large range of hire machines, as well as service, repairs, and backup for all the above. We have also grown our home and garden range and have recently introduced our range of workshop and construction equipment. We are working with more, specially selected brands to offer our customers the very best in all the above areas.
Our new building will allow us to have separate areas to showcase items from all our ranges, with expert staff on hand to assist, advise and train customers in a comfortable and relaxed area.
We cannot wait to share progress of the new build with you all.
